You are more than you know and in this evening of exploration, we will connect deep within our soul’s wisdom and journey to a time, place and space our souls have been to help provide us with illuminations, clarity about lessons we are processing in our worlds today.

Included in this evening will be drumming, guided meditation and flow. I highly recommend coming dressed comfortably & yoga mat. there will be chairs available for those who do not want to be on the floor/ ground - If it’s a nice evening, We may plan to do this outside :)
